Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide, free of charge, on every order. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Delivery time: 5–8 days after your order has been dispatched, depending on your destination.

Every parcel is fully tracked. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it to your door.

If your parcel has not arrived within 20 days of dispatch, contact us at info.pawandcoat@gmail.com and we will resend it or refund you in full.
